It is amazing to notice how some people handle their anger even in the worst of predicaments. There are those who amazingly don’t give in to bitterness and resentfulness after life has given them a raw deal and instead arrive at accepting their situation and discover the ability to move ahead in their lives. Something I have discovered with individuals that have this ability to process their anger is that it has something to do with their personal outlook, expectations and faith that something good can still result from the situation. It is often when a person’s expectations are not met that anger usually results. Consider when your favorite team loses and how it affects you emotionally the next day.
